VolunteerTV is a not-for-profit department of DWP. Please note however,
consulting services and work on projects are not free services even though our
company does provide some limited donated time and services.
This being said, if you live outside of Washington County Oregon and want to
start a project at a station other than TVCTV, we may be willing to significantly
reduce our prices or eliminate them altogether in lieu of partnership credits on
non-profit cable access programming.
Any financial gain related projects, will need to have fair compensation
agreements. Even if they arrive post implementation. We can only do pro-bono
work if we have some folks that are willing to share financial success.
